Everybody online is telling you to sell AI websites for $10,000 to your local businesses. And every video about it seems to end the same way. Somebody types a prompt, a website appears in maybe 20, 10 minutes, it looks great, and the video is over. But that is the easy part. Nobody shows you the business owner actually paying for it. So, in this video, I'm going to do exactly that. I'm going to take a real remodeling company, rebuild its website from scratch with AI, and then turn it into something that can actually capture and book leads, and then I'm going to be showing you how I would be getting that website in front of the owner without pitching him first. Because the interesting part about this isn't that AI can be building a website in 20 minutes anymore. It's that you can actually build the website before the business owner ever talks to you. You could give it to him for free and use that as a way into a much bigger client relationship. And by the end of the video, you will have the exact model, what to be building, who to be building it for, how to be sending this off, and how to actually close the client, and how that $200 a month website can be turning into a much bigger service for your agency. Now, quick heads up before we get into it. I'm going to be using GoDaddyy's Arrow AI builder, who we've partnered up with for this video. GoDaddy Arrow, their beginner friendly, no coding AI tool, and it's built for non-technical users. It's also super affordable. It's one of the lowest entry-level plans out there when it's built annually. You can also try this for free with 50 credits. Link will be down below in the description. Now, I'm also going to be on GoDaddyy's Aero Professional plan where just inviting a collaborator or even cloning a site or an application to show a client or maybe a prospect. It's very easy and all they need to do on their end is just a free arrow account to get access. Now, before I get into building anything at all, I want to show you the model because once you actually do understand the economics, the rest of this video is going to be making a lot more sense. Now, step number one, it's going to be offering a completely free website. You're not giving them a discount. You're not giving them a trial. You're offering this for completely free. AI as of right now, it has completely changed the economics here. So, if a genuinely good website takes about 20 minutes instead of 20 hours, that means you can afford to use the website as the thing that gets you through the door. Now, step two, they agree to nothing at all. You don't ask for a call. You don't ask if they're interested. You build the thing first. You send them the preview, and you let the work actually make the first impression here. Now, moving into step number three, you're going to be getting paid to keep this running for them. So, any hosting, any security updates, any changes and support that may need to be offered, this becomes a monthly retainer. Idea is we want to keep this number low enough that saying yes feels incredibly easy for the prospect. And then that brings us into step number four, which is going to be leading them into the thing that actually makes us money. So once you have earned their trust, you have your foot in the door, you can sell the higher value service that you actually want to be providing. So that may be consisting of automations. It can be consisting of different lead follow-ups, AI systems, consulting. It's not necessarily just whatever you're good at, but what you know can make money and what you actually want to be doing. That is the entire model here. So you give them something useful, you get paid to maintain that, you earn their trust, and then you expand the relationship from there. And every one of those steps has a reason behind it. So, before I actually build the website, let me just break down why this free offer works, why I'm keeping the monthly price low, and who we're going to be going after. So, first and foremost, let's start off with why this free website path works at all. Because it's not just generosity, as you could have imagined, it is the oldest move in business. Every business that sells you something expensive, they often start with something cheap first. So, if we look at fast food, this is the cleanest example ever built. You walk in for a burger, it's usually pretty cheap, obvious, and nobody has to explain a burger to you. And then they ask if you want a drink and you say yes because you just bought something that makes you thirsty. So notice nobody sold you the drink. The burger is effectively selling the drink. And then it's going to be the same thing for fries. It's the same move again. And here is what makes this a business instead of just a nice sequence. So the burger, this is close to break even. The margin is almost entirely in the drink and the fries. You would never have walked into that building and just ordered a Coke on its own. Maybe you would, b
