I'm going to say something that's going to piss off a lot of people. But everybody is starting a oneperson AI business right now. And almost none of them are ever going to get a client. A lot of what you are seeing online and on YouTube right now, people are telling you to sell three different offers that this entire niche runs on, but those can't even be sold. The AI audit, those can't be sold to a stranger. AI consulting, that can't be sold to a stranger. And saying that you build AI automations for businesses is not an offer at all. That's just a category. And that's why nobody is getting clients. It's not your outreach. It's not just the volume that you're doing. And it's definitely not the tool. Nobody in the history of this business has ever lost a client over which platform they picked and half the videos in this niche. They're about picking the platform. Now, 3 years ago, I was a project manager in a 9 to5 that meant nothing to me. I had a degree that I didn't care about, a job that I didn't really care about, and there was just no meaning or purpose, and I wasn't worth very much. Now, fast forward to today. I run two AI agencies. Both of them doing six figures along with a bunch of other credentials like the YouTube audience from you guys who are watching this video right now and some other things. Now, at this point in my business, AI handles literally more than 50% of the fulfillment of all this. I also just took the first real break that I've ever had in that entire 2 years. And that's the only proof that I'm going to offer you up front. What actually changed? Why do I think right now is the window to be building your own AI business? understand what you shouldn't be doing and I'll give you the one sequence that decides whether a stranger is ever going to be paying you and how you [clears throat] can differentiate yourselves from those who are never going to be making this into a success. So going back to that story about 3 years ago working as a 9-5 as a project manager was a completely lifeless environment fulfilling some company's goals and it just left me with no meaning and no purpose in it at all. I wasn't technical. I didn't have a coding background. and I had a communications degree that I didn't really know what to do with and out of just pure boredom I started automating my own job and at some point I looked up and I realized that they were paying me for a job that was mostly running itself. So at that point I left I wanted to start my own thing. I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur so that's exactly what I did and the thing that I got wrong first was exactly what I had described at the top. I went out selling AI automations to different businesses completely cold because that was the skill that I had just taught myself and it was the thing that I was most proud of and I got almost nothing back for probably the better part of a year. Now I blame the list, I blamed the copy, I blamed the tool, I blamed everything else and it was none of those tools or any of that. And what actually moved it was just picking one boring industry that everybody had ignored. Health clinics is what we ended up choosing and just going one inch wide and pretty much one mile deep with one offer that a stranger could say yes to. That is it. That's the whole turn. That company, it's synced to AI and it went past 50,000 a month in under a year. Where I'm at now, I run two different agencies, both six figures. I teach people how to do this for a living, helping them get to more than 10K per month in their own AI business. And I'm not going to just keep stacking numbers on you because that's not really the interesting part here. Now, the interesting part is what this actually costed me, what it did to me. So about 2 years going with no real breaks or anything. Literally every weekend I was working probably 12-hour days every single day. Still do that quite often. But anyways, every trip before this one, I had my laptop open. And I can't really even remember the last book that I finished that wasn't specifically about business and growing your business. But that trip, that was generally the first time that I have stopped. And it really took a lot longer to get there than any video told me that it would have. Nobody out there online is making these videos saying that part out loud. And I think it's the most useful thing that I can be telling you right now. Anyways, why am I standing here right now telling you that right now is the window. Well, a client build this used to take weeks where you would have to scope the project, you would hire a developer or maybe you would be the developer yourself. You then go back and forth on revisions and then you have something two months later worked out. But today inside my own AI agency, AI is handling most of the delivery. The same build is days and sometimes it's an afternoon. Don't even get me started on the marketing and how to actually acquire clients. The floor has basi
