So, I haven't actually written an email from scratch in about 2 years. ChatGPT and Claude write basically every email I send, and no, they don't sound like a robot wrote them. And that's because of one thing most people skip. Most tools just learn your tone, but you don't have one tone. You write differently to a close teammate compared to somebody that you just met. That judgment piece is what nobody teaches the AI. I run an AI consultancy, and honestly, this is the most common thing clients get value from immediately. And it's an AI that writes, sounds, and thinks like them. The whole setup takes about 20 minutes. So, let's get into it. Many of you have different types of emails that you respond to. Sometimes, you have to provide a hard decision. You have to be firm with a no. Or maybe you're introducing a new prospect to the business, and you have to give a lot of facts when you're onboarding that prospect to be a common client. Or maybe it's just a quick thank you email with a few lines. All these are different types of emails you respond to. It's not just the tone, but the judgment applied. And that's why we have to create something that's a bit more extensive than just an AI that sounds like us. The thing that I found that works the best is an email map. That's what I call it. So, when you receive a new email, and you've built this with an AI, the AI is going to do three things. The first thing is the AI is going to figure out what type of email this is. What's the category it fits best inside of. Once it's determined that, then it figures out how to respond to that email. And that comes down to two things. One is what's the associated context I need to gather to respond to here, but also what's the judgment I need to apply to this to then respond in an effective way. After it's figured out these two really important things, then and only then does it apply your tone. And that's when it sounds like you after it's done the hard work of judgment, context, and the category of email. Then what you do is you simply look at the email. If you're happy with it, then you click send. So, what we're trying to do is we're trying to figure out basically how to encapsulate all three of these into an AI for all the types of emails we respond to. And from this email map explanation, you probably understand the importance of connectors or plugins. So, if you're using Chat GPT work or Claude, it doesn't matter. They have all types of different systems you can connect your AI to. So, the obvious thing is connecting your email as the source. So, it could be Gmail, Outlook, doesn't matter. You connect your AI to that. Once you've connected it, don't forget to actually connect the important part here, which is where the facts live. So, you need to connect your calendar, your sources of data, which is probably Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. Also, any potential Slack conversations or Teams conversations. All of these places is where additional contacts lives, and those are the places you go to to respond to emails. We need to make sure the AI has access to those. And both Chat GPT work and Claude have all the plugins and connectors you would need to do this. Now, assuming we've connected the connectors and plugins that we need here, we then move to the steps of actually creating our email map. And this is probably the most important step of all of them, where we're going to point the AI towards our sent folder specifically, because this is where we've actually done the work when we've responded to emails. Quick pause in your video. If you're enjoying this, you're going to enjoy two other things. First off, below is a 30-day AI Insight series, completely free. You'll get 30 insights in your inbox of how you can apply AI to your business and your work. The second thing is if you'd like to work with me, below are a series of offerings to see if there's a good fit between the two of us. Now, let's get back in the video. We're going to ask it to look at probably 5 to 600 sent emails that we've sent in the past, so it can then aggregate all of those insights into a single specification or document that categorizes the emails, the tone, the judgment, etc. And this is where most of the time will be spent. So, the AI is going to work probably for 20 to 30 minutes doing this. When it comes back, then you're going to review the output. And here's the exact prompt that we're actually going to use for that task. I'll go through all this in detail, but know that you can just simply copy and paste this prompt, give it to your AI, and it'll do the work for you. But if you're interested in understanding the details behind the prompt, I'll walk you through that now. So, the first thing here is the what. So, what are we doing here? We're simply telling the AI to look at our sent emails, looking at the last 500 to 600 emails. We then tell it we want it to understand two specific things, the categories of emails, as well as our tone as

Let me start with a little story. So, I'm I'm 23 years old at this point. I just quit my full-time job. I just closed this deal with a client and I deliver something and and he messages me on Slack and he's like, "Hey, can we get on a call?" And this is what he says to me as soon as I hop on the Zoom. He goes, "We are not getting the value that we paid for." But I made three big mistakes here. And that's pretty much what I want to talk about today are these three big mistakes. So the first one is that what I built for him, the personal assistant, was not the constraint in his business. The second one, I guess you guys saw the third one. The second one is that I didn't choose a KPI. And the third one is that I guessed on the price. So like I said, that's what I want to talk about today. So right now, I'm at this event in Montenegro called Workless AI, and there are a bunch of AI content creators, AI experts, and a bunch of community members. And on the main day, I closed off the day with this presentation which I'm about to share with you guys. So, hope you guys enjoy. Hope you find it insightful. I'll see you guys in there. This is called Still Relevant Next Year. And it's actually kind of funny because last night I kind of switched up what I was going to talk about a little bit because yesterday in the VIP sections and I talked to so many of you guys and I just kind of had a feeling that this would resonate a bit more because whether you are I mean I think a lot of you guys are building kind of like an AI consultancy, an AI agency or working with clients. Um, but even if you're not, I think that this is the way that you should be thinking about using AI within your own business. And um, yeah. So, let me just although also, um, I hope this picture that's Montenegro, right? Okay. That'd be awkward if it wasn't. I I wasn't sure. It was codeex threw it in there. So, good to know that that's Montenegro. Okay, cool. So, start with a little story. So, I'm I'm 23 years old at this point. I just quit my full-time job. I just closed this deal with a client and I deliver something and and he messages me on Slack and he's like, "Hey, can we get on a call?" And this is what he says to me as soon as I hop on the Zoom. He goes, "We are not getting the value that we paid for." And this really made me think because, you know, I started to question like, did I just make a huge mistake? Am I not actually able to build these solutions? Am I not going to turn this into a business? And so I realized that the reason that this happened was because, well, first of all, I made this video which went viral. It was like a personal assistant. And so he saw that. Lots of people saw that and they wanted this. But I made three big mistakes here. I had a big realization here before I started to scale my business and I was doing everything in the agency myself all the way from the lead genen all the way to the you know invoicing all of that kind of stuff. I realized that our job is to be the ones to diagnose and prove you know it's one thing to just be kind of like you take the ticket you develop whatever they're asking for. You kind of evolve from that and then you start to be the doctor and you start to diagnose the pain that they're feeling. But then you're still not done yet because you have to prove the value because if you don't prove the value then how are you going to win more business? And I've got another quick story to tell you guys about in just a sec. But first I wanted to start off with if you guys don't know me a little bit about my background. My name is Nate. Graduated from the University of Iowa in 2024 and I was studying business analytics and marketing. So don't come from a technical background although I did work with data quite a bit. So I've got a good understanding of data which was very helpful in automation. So can't lie about that. Um, from there I graduated and I was working at Goldman Sachs as an analyst and I was automating a lot of stuff. And what that helped me realize was that automation is not new at all. It feels new because the word AI has been put in front of it. And that's what a lot of business owners are kind of waking up to. And it's funny because when I first started running my agency, I used to joke with my friends and you know some of my my partners when I started when I brought on some partners that we're not even an AI agency. We are a data infrastructure agency and then after that we're just a boring automation agency. And I think that's a really good realization to have because that the whole reframe

So, there's a brand new prompting trick that's absolutely blowing up right now. It's called the Gauntlet Loop. Matt Schumer, he's been using it to oneshot this entire game with Claude. There's no game engine. There's no downloaded assets needed. And Claude, it just wrote the whole thing itself. In the post, it's already sitting at over 4 million views. Since then, people have been using it to build Pokemon in 3D, cart racers, whole galleries of these things. But of course, nobody's going to be paying you for just a Mario Kart clone. The games, these are simply just demos. But there is one thing that this loop can be building that businesses are going to hand over real money for every single day and that's websites. So I turned the gauntlet loop into a clawed skill. There's four different critics and one of them it just judges the thing that no design tool out there checks right now which is whether the page actually sells. So what I'm going to be doing inside of this video is I'm going to stack that skill with the four strongest design skills that you can install right now and then I'm going to just point all five of them at a real business. Now you'll see their site in just a second. and it's pretty rough. Every skill here is just going to be a copy and a paste. The loop included and near the end, I'll break down how people are charging for rebuilds just like this one. Now, all of the resources that I'm going to be giving away from this video, it's going to be inside of my free school community. So, if you're interested in getting all of the stuff that I'll be showing step by step, then make sure to check that out. So, we are currently in Claw Design right now. And if you have not used this yet, this is just Claw Design's workspace. So, it's the same Claude. It's just pointed at anything visual. So anything like websites, graphics, presentations, anything like that. And the reason that actually matters for this video is that it runs on skills. So you install a skill and you change how it designed. Now why am I going to be comprising this of five different skills? Well, just because they fix five different problems. Now the first one, it's just going to give Claude a real design direction. Second, it gives it a taste for whatever industry that you are building in. The third one, it handles motion. The fourth, it hunts down any of that AI slop AI look to it and it removes it. Now, the fifth one, this is just a gauntlet loop, and its whole job is to judge the other four, of course, improving it all ultimately. What I've done here, I've just pulled up a random law firm's website. They're just a sole practitioner. Looks like they've got about 25 plus years of practice. You can look at the footer and everything. There's some copyright that says 2019. Nobody's touched this site in about 7 years, it seems. So, what we're going to be doing instead is we're just going to be completely revamping this website, rebuilding it all, and then sending it to them as some sort of lead magnet, as some sort of foot in the door to pitch them on another service. The first skill that we're going to be throwing in here, this one is Enthropic's own that they have released. It's called the front-end design, and installing it is pretty much the whole setup. You just paste the link, you tell Claude to install the skill, and with that, you're pretty much done. That's about it. Now, why are we actually going with this skill here? It's because Claude's default problem is that it designs like an average. And what I mean by that is it's seen millions of different websites. So, it's going to be reaching for the middle of all of them. And the middle is that same card grid with a purple gradient that you've seen on every AI page in the front-end design. This is Enthropic fixing their own models. So, it forces Claude to just pick one specific direction, commit to it, and its instruction file literally bans the generic patterns by name. That's why we're using it. So, what I'm going to be pasting in here is to go to this website, study the whole site, like the practice areas, criminal offense, family law, just giving it some different examples, the attorney bio, contact details, and the client reviews. Keep all the real content, and do not invent anything. Then, use the front-end design skill to rebuild it as a complete one-page site with a hero, practice areas, case results, testimonials, and a consultation booking section. Serve it on local host when you are finished, and we'll run this off. All righty. Now, just a few minutes later, we can already tell this immediately looks substantially better. And of course, I've blocked out some of the PII. As you can see, the call numbers are blocked off and any other personal information. So, here we have the heading. We have some information about them, the services, and none of this is made up. It's just taken from their existing website. Some more details about them, what they do specifically. If we s

There are five levels to using Claude and you're probably stuck on level one. Now, level one is you typing a question, reading the answer, and manually moving it into your email, or your documents, or your spreadsheets. So, Claude is giving you the answer, but [music] you still have to do everything with it. Now, level two, make it ask you questions. So, put one line at the end of any prompt, [music] ask me five questions before you answer. And what it'll do, it'll pull the details out of your head instead of guessing at them. Now, level three, stop re-explaining your business. So, open a project, drop in just one page on what you sell and how you work, and [music] every chat inside it already knows. Now, level four, give it the tools that you already use. So, open up the connectors in your settings, and then connect your Gmail, your calendar, even your CRM, and then ask what your week looks like and what it can help you prepare for. And lastly, level five, teach it your processes. So, start by showing it how you write a quote, or whatever you actually do, and then just save that as a skill, and every quote comes out that way forever. I juggle three businesses, and I run 99% of my work through this exact system. And I go through every one of these step-by-step in a full video. Just comment need and I'll send it over to you.
