So this AI guy just cloned me in about 15 seconds. Here's how. So I recorded one 15-second video and then HeyGen took that and turned it into a digital twin that looks, sounds, and moves just like I do. So now what I can do is I can change my outfit, I can change the background, I can even create completely new videos without ever picking up a camera. But here's where it actually gets really useful. If one of my Reels goes viral, then I can create three different versions of it and I can just test different hooks. Or if I'm traveling like I am right now, I can still create content that looks like I filmed it back in my home studio. Now most people wouldn't even realize it's AI because it keeps my voice, my expressions, and all of my mannerisms so well that it feels like real footage. Today, I'm going to show you guys how we're able to turn Claude into a oneperson marketing team. You don't have to be technical at all. You don't have to know how to edit videos or edit photos or anything like that. You just have to know what to ask for. I'm not going to make any assumptions today. I'm going to assume that we're starting at the beginning and you haven't used these tools before. So, let's not waste any time and just get straight into the video. All right. So, before we get into the tools, let me just explain what we're doing here. So, step one is going to be the project. I'm going to help you guys get set up on Cloud Code, help you guys get set up with the actual like files and folders that you need, and then we're going to be off to the races. Then we have to go ahead and set up Higsfield and get that connected. So I'll show you what that all looks like. And then finally, what we have to do is actually start generating assets and showing you how this all is going to evolve over time. So before we get into the project, let me show you what we're working with for the sake of today's example. So in the video today, I'm going to be using Perk Form as an example, which is my fake business. All of these assets you're about to see, by the way, were generated by Claude and Higsfield together. So here are our logos. We have text, we have light mode, we have dark mode, we have the actual logo, which is pretty cool cuz this is like a coffee protein energy drink and we've got like a coffee bean with a lightning bolt. So, pretty clever. I didn't ask for that, right? I just asked for a logo and it did this. So, pretty cool. Anyways, here's the product. We have um these drinks. It looks like an energy drink, right? We've got vanilla latte, salted caramel, and bold mocha. You can see we have individual product shots as well as studio product shots. These were all created with GBT image 2, which is a AI image model, which I'll talk more about a little bit. But what's really the most important thing is what I call the AI monetization readiness assessment, which is you guys probably are all here because you have maybe a business or you want to offer things to clients like offer AI marketing to clients. And what you need is you need these three things, the three Ps. You need a pain, you need a person, and you need a promise. So what is the pain that your business is trying to solve? who is the person specifically that feels that pain and then how does your brand or product or service promise to solve that pain for that person. So that's exactly what you need in order to even get a project like this set up in the first place. And you need all this stuff to make sure that your marketing assets don't look and feel like generic AI slop. They have to have a purpose. They have to have intent behind it. And so setting up this kind of stuff is really important. And that's exactly why we're actually using Claude Code with Higsfield today. Because what Higsfield is is it is a AI tool that has a bunch of different models and things you can do in here. So it's got Cance 2.5 which is a really good video model that you can only get early access on Higsfield. It's got other video models here as you can see. It's got Gemini, it's got Cling, it's got Flux, it's got Sora. If we go to images, it's got GBT image 2 which is how you saw those assets earlier. These ones, these were all generated with GBT image 2. It's got other ones too of course and you know Nano Banana Grock. It's got a bunch of different models all in one subscription. So, that's why we're going to be connecting it to um Claude today. It's also got something called a marketing studio, which is really cool. You can basically have your assets be turned into ad creatives or sizzle reels or whatever you want. You can use these templates and the AI models on the back end power it all. And the reason why we want to use Claude for this is because yes, you could just open up Higsfield and do all that yourself, but if we use Claude, we can set up a whole project. And now we have a project that understands the context of our business. We can set up reusable skills which are basically just like recipes, workflows, so that if you want an Instagram carousel, it's always done in that same way. If you want a UDC ad, it's always done in that same way. So skills help us create things that scale. And then we can set guidelines like our actual brand guidelines. So for example, for perk form, here are the brand guidelines. We have, you know, the color scheme. We have what the brand is looking to do. We have the logo system. We have the typography. We have all this kind of stuff. And this is probably something that you want to have for your business that you can give to Claude so that every time it makes different assets or different deliverables, it follows those brand guidelines. Right now most businesses are still paying people to do work that an AI could have finished while they were sitting in a meeting. It's probably not what you think because most people, they hear that name and they picture a tool for programmers or something that they're never going to be touching and they just move on. And they're completely wrong for that and that one assumption is costing them tens of thousands of dollars every single year on work that they're still paying somebody to do by hand. Now, I've set up AI automation systems in more than 60 businesses at this point including law firms, clinics, online stores, agencies, you name it. And I've never written a single line of code in any of them. And this was never about coding. It's about having something that actually does the work for you instead of just talking to you. And this isn't just me saying that. So, Anthropic, the company that actually makes this, their own teams outside of engineering, they run real work on this. So, their legal team, they built a working prototype of a phone system. Their marketing teams, they've spun up hundreds of ad variations. They run their entire marketing on this. And people who have never written code in their lives, they are using this effectively. And PWC, the accounting and consulting giant, they even said that they took a process that used to take them about 10 weeks and got it down to 10 days. Now, this is not going to be one of those surface-level AI tool reviews where I just show you a couple of features and I call it a day. We're going to be going deep in this one and by the end of this video, you're going to know exactly what Claude Code is, how to set it up without having to know how to code, without any technical [clears throat] background whatsoever. And I'll be covering four different systems that you can run this on for your entire business this week. And then I'll get into the part that actually matters, which is the six different things that you set up once that lets it handle basically any job that you're throwing at it, any process. Because anybody's going to be able to show you a demo, but the demos are the easy part if I'm completely honest. Getting this thing to genuinely run and genuinely work for you across your entire business, it comes down to those six different pieces. And again, nobody talks about them. And all of this is going to be running on the $20 plan inside of Claude. There's no terminal, there's no config files that you have to set up, and the entire setup as is, it's just three simple steps. So, first things first, what actually is Claude Code and why should you even be caring? Well, let me first start off with the problem that it actually solves. So, you've almost certainly used ChatGPT, or maybe you have used Claude or one of the other assistants in the past, and they are incredible for any brainstorming or answering questions or writing content, whatever the process is. But, effectively they're just giving you advice. They don't take action for you. So, you ask it to write something, and then you're going to be getting copy, and you can just paste it somewhere else. But, if you want it to analyze a file, you upload it every single time. You need something organized, it's going to tell you how to actually organize it. So, the AI fundamentally is not doing the work for you, you still are. It's just making you a bit quicker at the entire process. Claude Code it completely flips that. So, you can just point this at a folder on your computer, you tell it the job, and it does the job for you. It reads what is inside of that folder, it makes all of the files, it saves them back down, and it just keeps notes on how you actually like things done. Now, using any AI native browser like ChatGPT, it's just like asking a colleague for advice. And this is just like handing a project to a capable assistant and then just checking back in when it's actually finished. So, you have the advice versus actually doing work, right? Now, where does this actually come from? Well, Anthropic base shipped Claude Code back in '24, and it was just built for developers. So, it ran inside of this terminal, so it was very technical from the jump, but soon after developers started using it for practically everything except for coding.
