Today, I'm going to show you guys nine of my favorite GrokBot hacks in just under 10 minutes. Now, using all of these hacks will help you get way more out of your GrokBots, and you don't have to be technical at all to get any of this set up and running. So, let's not waste any time and just get straight into the video. And real quick, I'm assuming in this video that you've already set up GrokBot, or you at least know what it is. And if you aren't in that position, then go ahead and watch this one up here real quick, or I guess it's on this side over here. That's going to help you get up to speed, understand what it is, and then come back into this video so you can get the most out of it. But, with that out of the way, number one, we have using a grill me skill. So, the whole value of having a team of AI agents working for you is that they know you, and they know your business, and they know your goals. So, the best way to get what's in your head into an AI agent system like this is to use a {slash} grill me skill. So, this is something that you can get in my free school community for completely free. Go down to the description and grab it in there. And what you can see is that I have this skill right here, which I use for Claude, I use for Codex, but I can actually just drag this right into here, into my GrokBot, and I can say, "Hey, go ahead and read this skill. Go ahead and make a new skill in here that you can use. It's called the grill me skill." And then basically, what I want you to do is just use this on me to learn more about my business and my current goals. So, when I shoot that off, it's basically going to have to do a ton of things. It's going to read the skill, it's going to create the skill for us, and then it's going to start interviewing us. Because basically, the whole idea of this skill is that, as you can see, "Relentlessly interview the user about every aspect of the topic until you reach shared understanding." So, basically, I like to use grill me when I have new plans for the quarter. I like to use grill me before I build an automation, or before I have a new project, or before I have a new idea, so my agents know exactly what I'm thinking. So, this is going to create that skill. As you can see, it just saved it, so I can click into this, and I can see that the skill is here, and I can make any edits if I need to. And now the agent will be able to automatically use this skill whenever you say, "Hey, grill me about X, Y, and Z." Oh, and by the way, if you want to see where the other skills live, you just click on plugins, and then you go to yours. So, they're basically considering these little private plugins the skills. So, that's where they are. And now, moving on to tip number two, we have setting up a chief of staff. So, right here, you can see on the left, I've got a bunch of different agents. You can see that I've also got them grouped, like I've got some content agents and some general agents over here. Now, what you'll notice is that I have Klaus pinned, and Klaus is my chief, so he's my chief of staff. And basically, my whole idea is that I want to only talk to Klaus, and Klaus has the ability to delegate work to all of my different specialization agents. Each one of these agents is basically good at one job, and Klaus knows which agent is good at what, and then I don't have to worry about talking to all of my different agents. I can just talk to Klaus, and it does the rest. As you can see here in my description, I say, "This is Nate's chief of staff. Klaus is the only bot Nate talks to. Before doing any task, check whether another Grok bot owns it and delegate first. Only do the work yourself if no specialist fits. Bring the results back here." So, what you'll notice if I start to scroll up in my conversation with Klaus, we can see when he's messaged other bots. So, right here, he's been messaging Motion, and you can see the conversation between them. You can see here, he was messaging Eyes because it needed some research. You can see right below it, it messaged Minor because it needed some research on content and stuff like that. So, basically, the whole idea is you have your main agent, and you have a bunch of different sub agents that your main agent can delegate to. And basically, the way you do it is you just make sure that in each of your different sub agents, you have a description for them that's very clear. This bot creates motion graphics and animations for intros or transitions for YouTube videos. So, these are almost like skills. They're almost just like specialized sub agents that you build. For example, if I come down here to Eyes, you can see this is my researcher. You can see that Coffee is my morning planner. You can see that Money deals with Slack media. You can see that Views helps me with content strategy. And by the way, as you can see, Motion actually made all of these motion graphics that you saw earlier in the video, and it saved them locally here for m

So, Anthropic recently dropped a finance plug-in inside of Claude with about eight different skills and every single one of them, they are built for a specific job that happens inside a real business every single month. Now, in this video, I'm going to be breaking down all of it. And if you only know Claude is the thing that you type questions into, none of this is that. There's going to be no accounting knowledge required on your end, and the method is already written into it. And beyond that, I've been running this on a real set of books since it actually dropped. It took a full month of this company's accounts. It's tied them against the system that their crews actually use out on jobs, and it explained every single difference between the two down to the last dollar. So, in this video, I'm going to be explaining what a plug-in actually is, run the three that I actually found useful on a full month of this company's books, and then just explain every accounting word as we hit it. Now, if you don't know me already, my name is Nick, and I've deployed AI inside of more than 60 businesses at this point. So, this is exactly the kind of thing that I get called in for. Now, real quick before we actually dive in, there's going to be eight skills in here. And I will be very honest with you, you're not going to be using all of them. Four of them, they're just going to be for anybody who's running a company. The other four, these are trained specifically for accountants and public companies. And what so often happens is you find the one or two that match the work that you are actually doing, and you basically just live inside of those. That's it. The rest, they're just going to be there when you actually need them, if you ever need them, and usually you do not. And none of this is going to be some side experiment either. Goldman Sachs, they have been using Claude to do some reconciliation work right now, all matching different records and just flagging the differences across millions of transactions. So, this is the same kind of job just on a slightly smaller company scale. Going through all of this is completely worth it because it shows you exactly where all of this is going to be heading. Now, this used to be the thing that you just asked to write an email, but now it can do an entire close for a month. So, let me show you where all of this actually lives. Okay, so this, if you're not familiar with it already, this is the Claude desktop application. If you've only ever used Claude for just writing. This is going to look very familiar, but just stay with me because we're actually going to be doing and showing off something completely different. Now, inside here, there is going to be a plug-in directory and everything in it is going to be installing with simply just one click. If we just navigate into our settings, we will scroll down into the plugins. Now, we have a couple different options. You can already see I have some plugins here. However, focusing on the browse, this is now the plug-in directory. Now, everything in this that you were looking at, this is to be installed with just simply one click. Now, you'll notice that some of these, these are built directly by Enthropic. Some of the ones, these are just from partners of Anthropic. So, the companies behind the tools. There's also a design one that's going to be a whole set for pretty much different departments, but more or less we have different ones. So, we have, you know, marketing, finance, sales, operations, legal, everything all the way down to bio research, and even customer support. So, if this is brand new to you, I highly recommend scrolling through this yourself at some point because there's actually going to be a lot of different sauce that has nothing to do with finance and is still going to be very useful for you and your team. However, as you see in the title of this video, this is one's going to be specifically about finance by Enthropic. As you can see here, now as we go through this, you can see a brief description. We can try asking a different prompt or a different list of questions. But here's the skills. So we have audit support, close management, financial statements, journal entry, journey entry prep, variance analysis, socks testing, and reconciliation. So the split that I had mentioned earlier, which is just going to be consisting of the reconciliation, the variance analysis, and the close management, and the financial statements. The three of those I'm going to be running today on a real month of numbers. The other four that I did not mention, I would leave alone for the time being. And why that is is just because two of them they're just for compliance work. So SOCKS testing and audit support socks is just going to be for a set of rules that public companies have to be following. So unless you are at that size, that one isn't going to be for you just yet. And the other two, these are simply just journal entries, which is the actu
