In this course, I'm going to take you from a complete beginner to someone who is AI native and can build automations, AI agents, literally anything that you can describe, you're going to be able to build by the end of this course. These are the topics that I'm going to cover with you guys. So, feel free to skip around to whatever pies your interest, but I'm going to go through all of this in order, and I'm going to do real examples and step-by-step builds throughout. So, don't want to waste any time. Let's just jump straight in. So, this whole course is basically assuming that you know nothing and that you don't have a technical background, which if you guys don't know who I am, my name is Nate and I do not have a technical background. But, I've been able to do some pretty incredible things with AI in the past couple years. I've got multiple different businesses that are based on content, education, certifications, events, consulting, and all of that is powered by a small team who is really, really good at using AI. The whole idea is that one person can do the work that it used to take teams. And I felt that ROI myself. And if you guys haven't, by the end of this video, you will have a very clear path to feeling that ROI and having AI systems that help you do more and that will eventually become the baseline. So, it's great to be getting ahead of this stuff. Okay, so first things first, what is Claude Code? Because I know the word code probably intimidates a lot of people. If you've never coded before, you don't have to code. So, Anthropic, that's the company that is behind this ecosystem, right? Um, the cloud models, Claude Chat, that is probably what a lot of you guys are used to. So, there's basically these three products. The first one is Claude chat and that is where you can talk to Claude in the web or wherever you want to do it on your phone and you just talk to that large language model the AI model and you get an answer. So kind of like a a chatbot. Then we've got Cloud Co-work which is kind of like the next step up. Fun fact, Cloud Co-work the entire product was built using cloud code by a few engineers. It would have taken the team weeks and weeks and much larger team but they were able to ship this in like a week with a few engineers. So very very cool. And cloud co-work is much more for kind of like your knowledge workers, your managers. It's much more of a simple interface to do simple automations and stuff, but cloud code is just the most powerful. And the cool thing about cloud code is like I said, you don't need to know how to code at all. And so I really don't ever use cloud co-work even though you could argue a lot of the stuff that I do in cloud code could be used in co-work. code is just way more powerful and it's where I see the future as far as thinking about building your own agents and just having things that are a lot more agentic for you. So those are kind of the three products, but what's cool about it is they're not that different to actually use. So if you learn one really well, you're going to be able to transfer those skills wherever you go. So don't feel like you're locking in by choosing one of these products. That's why I choose the most powerful product. So if I open the Claude desktop app, what do we see right here? This is Claude chat. You know, I can come in here and I can say, "Hi, Claude." and it can kind of understand a little bit about me. It can see my preferences. Obviously, it knows my name, but this isn't where you're going to get real work done. This is where people are kind of treating this as like a Google search engine or they're connecting their Gmail and helping it, you know, having it help them write email drafts and stuff like that, but it's not true agentic power. And this is Claude Code. What do you see? It's a very similar interface. You just talk to it in chat, but now what happens is it's able to access your local files. As you can see here, I can choose a folder to actually work within, whether that's my desktop or my downloads or my Herk 2, which is kind of my AI operating system, which is a term I might throw out a little bit today. Don't worry about it too much. At the end of this video, I'm going to show you a full course around how to actually build your own AI operating system, but this comes first. The whole point here is that Claude Code is able to work inside of local files as well as touch anything out there online. It can touch your Gmail, your Slack, your CRM. It can touch anything online, but it can also touch your local files, which is really, really important. And the other cool thing to note is that when you're in cloud chat, you know how you guys probably are aware of models like Opus or Sonnet regardless of the model or even Fable. Now, Claude Code is powered by all of those same models. So inside of cloud code, you still use sonnet or haiku or opus or fable, but the code aspect is basically just enthropic saying, "Hey, because y

ClickUp is the software to replace all software, which I think is pretty funny, but it's very true. If you guys have been following me for a while, you know that I've been using ClickUp for a long time. Everything that I do with my team lives in ClickUp, all of our communication, project management, and everything that I was doing with my clients back when I was running the agency day-to-day, we were also using ClickUp. So, basically, it had replaced Slack as well as project management tools for us. So, if you're already using ClickUp, you have to try this new feature called Brain 2. But, if you don't already use ClickUp, then Brain 2 is an amazing reason to check it out. It's kind of like a supercomputer that can do a ton of cool stuff, and they also have a bunch of super agents inside of it. And, you can switch between the different chat models that you probably already use and love every single day. Right here, you can see that I've used Brain myself to look through everything that's going on in our business, our projects, and then create me a monthly presentation for the team. So, what that could look like is me asking Brain to create an investor presentation pitch deck for our text-to-speech startup called Glydo, and I told it to just use mock data, but make sure that it's professional and engaging. And just like that, we have the deck, which I can open up full screen right here. And as I start to navigate through here, you can see that we also have animations. So, it's not just a static slide deck. We get to actually go through and we feel the animations. And think about the fact that this was just a one-sentence prompt. If we really started to put more and more data into this thing, it would be really solid. And this right here is just one of the many use cases of Brain 2. So, it's not just a chatbot, like I said, it can do things and you can build your own super agents inside of it. And what I think is really cool about the super agents is that they're 24/7. You can tag them in ClickUp, you know, you can @ message them and they'll wake up and respond to you. They can search through everything, which is why, in my opinion, it's a lot cooler that ClickUp is doing this compared to something like just chucking an open claw or a Hermes agent into ClickUp, because these agents in ClickUp already have full context and can search through everything. GPT 5.6 is hands-down the best model on the planet right now. Open AI just dropped their latest fleet of models and every other AI channel is filming the exact same video right now. Soul versus Claude Fable 5, who wins that? So, instead I made them co-workers. Anthropic's Claude Fable 5 as the engineer manager, and then Open AI's brand new Soul as the engineer. Just one team running inside of my Claude code instance on my machine, and just giving it one job, and that is to be building me a real commercial product that my business actually needs. What I got back was a full application live on the internet with real logins, real AI, the kind of software that companies are charging $55 a seat for, genuinely replacing something that we needed internally. Now, while I was using Fable and Soul together, there were several security holes that they found, and then they patched up themselves that genuinely would have been extremely detrimental if we were to go live. And there was plenty of other insane results from combining these two that I'll show you in this video. Now, some quick context. GPT's 5.6 it just landed yesterday. So, there's three models within this. There's Luna, this is the cheap one. That's the fast one as well. Terra, this is effectively the workhorse. And then there's Soul. Soul is their flagship, it's the one with the benchmarks that everybody is just screaming about on the internet. Pretty much everyone is asking the same question, is Soul better than Fable 5? And I think fundamentally that's a wrong question because the people who actually run these models for work, they've been saying the same sentence all week. Claude Fable 5 should be the manager, and Soul should do the building. Everybody keeps saying it, nobody's wired it up, handed it a real job, and show you what happens. So, that's what I'm doing right now. All right. Now, first, what do you even give a team of AI models that are more or less superintelligent? Well, I didn't want it to be just a to-do app or anything that simple. A toy build, it just proves nothing, and nobody needs another one of those. So, this is Kendo. It's a real product that I found on X. So, sales teams, they just use it to let reps practice calls against an AI buyer that pushes back like a real prospect, and then it scores the rep on how that call actually went. So, it runs about $55 per seat per month, 100 on the top plan. So, I genuinely need something like this for my team. I'm training reps right now and practice calls are the thing that actually makes a rep better as you would expect. But, I figured myself, why would I pay that when I could just be building it myself in probably about 2 hours. So, that became the new job. So, this build will be consisting of real logins. It'll have a live role play against an AI buyer, some custom personas, some real scoring, and it's all going to be deployed to a real URL. Now, as I mentioned earlier, Fable is going to be the manager, but you might be asking, why make Cloud Fable 5 the boss instead of just letting Soul build everything alone? There's actually two documents that are directly answering that and almost nobody has read them. So, the first is Anthropic's own description of Fable 5. They said it plans across stages, it delegates to sub agents, it checks its own work. And if you read that slowly, that is not a description of a coder. That is a job description for an engineering manager, and Anthropic, they said it themselves. The second is Soul's safety testing. Then we have Meter, which is just an independent lab that evaluates these models before they ever release, and it measured how often Soul cheats, gaming the test instead of doing the work. And we have the highest rate of any public model they have ever assessed. And OpenAI's own system card admits that it sometimes takes actions that nobody had asked for. So, deleting infrastructure, sometimes fabricating results. So, every company on Earth has met this employee. It's brilliant, it's fast, it cuts corners when nobody's looking. You don't fire that person, they're too good. You put a manager over them who's going to be reviewing everything before it ships. So, no, this is not a gimmick, it is the correct org chart. Now, setting all of this up, it really only takes a few minutes, and I'm going to be using a terminal in this specific instance. So, Soul, it's going to be running through Codex, OpenAI's command line coding tool. So, we just have to open a terminal and one command can install this. So, the first thing I'm just going to to throw in inside of my terminal, npm install g openai-codex@latest. From there, we'll just give the Codex login, we'll provide our API key, and we'll just say Codex. And again, I'll have the full setup guide available for completely free inside of my free school community. Now, officially Soul, it comes with Codex on every paid ChatGPT plan plus and up with message limits. But, it is rolling out account by account and mine it 

Here are five hidden Claude features that 99% of people never even [music] find. Number one is rewind. So, when Claude goes off the rails, do not just start a new chat. You just hover over your one earlier message, you edit it, and then Claude is able to re-answer from that exact spot. So, now you can keep everything good, and you can delete the one wrong turn. Number two is real files. So, don't just copy its answer out. Tell Claude to give it to you as an Excel file or a Word document, and it will build you an actual downloadable file, formulas and formatting included. Number three is the analysis tool. So, when you hand it numbers, just add "use the analysis tool", and then Claude it will write and it will run real code on your data instead of eyeballing it. So, the math is actually going to be right. Number four is extended thinking. So, on any hard decisions, switch this on and Claude will reason through the whole thing right before it answers instead of blurting the first thing out, and the answer it comes back noticeably sharper. And number five is AI tools. So, you can just ask Claude to build you a little application right inside of the chat that uses AI inside of it. So, you can paste [music] a lead's email, and it will score them, and then draft a reply. So, you'll get a real clickable tool with no code and zero setup.
